Mandatory Declaration at the Town Hall: 

Any person who offers furnished tourist accommodation for rent, whether it is classified or not, MUST have made the declaration to the town hall of the municipality where the accommodation is located using the document CERFA No. 14004*04. 

Since August 2, 2010, the classification from 1 to 5* of furnished tourist accommodation has been subject to new standards at a national level.
