Suzanna HUINS

Suzanna has lived and worked on the French Riviera for the past 31 years and has over 20 years’ experience of the French real estate market.  She is owner of her own agency since 2013 specialising in the sale, rental, and property management of luxury villas and apartments on the Côte d’Azur.  She is also an inspector for the classification of furnished rental accommodation.

Whether you are looking to buy, sell or manage your French property, Suzanna can assist you throughout the whole process. She is fully qualified and professionally competent to provide impartial and objective advice for all types of real estate in both English and French.
 

Patrick KINSELLA - Expert Immobilier (English/Français)

Patrick is an ‘Expert en évaluation immobilière’ and a member of the ‘Chambre des Experts Immobiliers de France (CEIF)’. He specialises in providing certified valuations for French residential and commercial real estate in both English and French, and he is also a inspector for the classification of furnished rental accommodation.

Whether you are looking to buy or sell your French property, Patrick can advise and assist you. With over twenty years’ experience of the French property market, he is fully qualified and professionally competent to provide impartial and objective valuations for all types of real estate. Amongst his clientele are private property owners, institutions and banks, loss adjustors and members of the legal profession (Notaries and Lawyers), and is called upon to produce detailed, certified, and independent valuation reports for mortgage approvals or refinancing, divorce settlements, inheritance issues or if you need an official valuation for the tax authorities.

In 2002, Patrick opened his first real estate agency in Cannes and has 20+ years of experience in the French property market, specialising in real estate development and the sale and rental of luxury properties in the South of France and the Alps.

He graduated with a first-class honours MBA degree from University College Dublin, Ireland.
