Suzanna HUINS
Based on the Côte d’Azur for over 35 years, Suzanna is a specialist in the French real estate market and has focused on luxury villas in Cap d’Antibes since 2003. She founded her agency in 2013 and is also an certified inspector for the classification of furnished tourist accommodations.
She guides her clients through every step - purchase, sale, rental, or classification - providing all essential information to secure and streamline their transactions.
Patrick KINSELLA - Expert Immobilier (English/Français)
Patrick spent more than fifteen years in the telecommunications and software industries across Europe and Asia, holding several leadership roles in marketing, strategy, and operations. He holds an MBA from University College Dublin.
In 2002, he moved to France to open his first real estate agency in Cannes, followed by a second in Antibes, and obtained his Carte Professionnelle (transaction and gestion) in 2004. He has since accumulated over 24 years of experience in the French real estate market, with deep expertise in development, sales, and rentals throughout the South of France and the Alps.
A certified 'Expert en évaluation immobilière' and a member of the Syndicat des Experts Évaluateurs Immobiliers de France, Patrick provides certified valuations in accordance with the standards set out in the Charte de l’expertise en évaluation immobilière. He is also an certified inspector for the classification of furnished tourist accommodations.
He supports you with a rigorous, professionally compliant valuation for many situations - sale or purchase, inheritance, donation, divorce or division, disputes, financing, taxation, rental matters, renovation work, or asset management.
